There are over 30 years of liquid filling experience built into this machine. The AF1 is the small liquid filler you’ve been waiting for. Performance, versatility, quick changeover at a low cost.

The AESPump* features 316 stainless steel construction. Pumping can be implemented by gear sets in either Teflon® or SS 316. Lobe gears are available for handling pastes, creams and gels.
The machine can draw product from either above or below by simply rotating the AESPump* on its docking plate.

The AF1 can be configured with a variety of options both standard and custom. A diving nozzle arrangement can be easily fitted to accommodate a variety of filling requirements. A 20-liter hopper is available for mounting to the machine and can be connected to the AESPump* with either hose or sanitary Tri-Clover fittings. Sanitary fittings are available for the pump, hopper and nozzle as options.

Gear Pump advantages

1. Any type of product can be handled from light liquids through to heavy creams and pastes.
2. Each nozzle has its own independent volumetric pump giving the highest possible accuracy.
3. Variances in viscosity through a batch are less likely to affect the fill.

5. Product can be fed either from a hopper above or from a drum below.
6. The gear pump is always immediately ready to fill again after the previous fill.
7. There is no suction stroke to wait for, as with piston fillers.
8. There are no limitations on the volume dispensed. From milliliters to gallons it is simply how long the gear pump runs for.
9. Accuracies of ±0.5% are easily achievable.
10. The adjustment of 1 nozzle does not affect any other nozzle.
