Eco Wrap Labeler
For the budget conscious the 152E sports a powerful
Servo Herma 400 head but eliminates many bells and
whistles to give a cost effective automatic wrap labeler.
It includes a 7’ long Stainless Steel conveyor, 14”
Wrap belt,
open frame Stainless stand, newly upgraded Stainless Steel
control box that is ready to accept a touch panel optional
PLC
should many extra options need to be added

Semi Auto Wrap Labeler
Also utilizing the same Servo Herma 400 head,
the semi-automatic wrap-around Herma 211 labeler
gives a simple solution for even the most demanding
of requirements. The system is ideal for small batch production
of any cylindrical product such as tubes,
glass bottles and ampoules etc.
As fast as you can place products they are labeled.

Delta Wrap Labeler
For an intermediate user with speeds up to 150 per minute
the Delta-Wrap 152D includes the powerful Servo Herma 400
head and a base Cabinet, touch screen overhead PLC control
with recipe management, 9’ long sanitary raised bed
Stainless
Steel conveyor.
The heavy duty mounting plate gives extra rigidity for preferred

Herma Labeler
Herma engineers have designed the definitive Servo controlled
labelling head. Everything they and their Clients could
think of
over the last 98 years of Labelling history has been incorporated!
Incredibly this head is capable of dispensing up to
160 meters per minute.
What does that mean to the end user? Dispensing at 2000
labels /minute, or accuracy to 1/3 of a millimeter, handling
of
large in feed reels and continuous repeatability.
