Pharmline Monoblock
The Pharmline monoblock is designed specifically for filling, plugging and capping a wide variety of products. Ideally designed for filling liquids and creams into smaller sized containers, it is able to accommodate several types of caps and closures.
The monoblock is mechanically powered. The machine is fully automatic, bottles enter the starwheel from the input conveyor. The starwheel indexes and a container is moved into the filling area. Once container has been filled the starwheel will index to the plugging and then capping station, where cap is applied.
Once complete starwheel will index allowing container to leave the monoblock via a conveyor.
